Machines

This afternoon I have  had the chance of using two new machines.

One is a steam mop, which I had at home to try out. The other was Accuquilt's Go Baby  cutter.

No prizes for guessing which one I most enjoyed using.

The steam mop gave me clean floors and a sore back; my adventures with the  cutter (ever so kindly lent to me by my friend Jeni, who bought it on Wednesday) has resulted in a pile of tumblers in '30s fabric; sets of circles in three sizes and four-inch squares for a potholder.

Now to start putting them together...

It's very quick the GO isn't it? Bought a steam mop, tried it, hated it and gave it away.. LOL!

Well with such clean floors, you can cut accurately to your hearts content :)

A steam mop would die in frustration around here, lol - too muddy, with a dog, cat and teen boys! The GO sounds fun though!

Sad about the steam mop Jan! LOL - I have one and love it.

Great news about the cutter though

Those Go cutters are all the rage - hmmm my lack of quilt making wouls suggest i don't need one. Its a wonder Annie hasn't got one!

We have a steam mop but I still 'love' giving the floor a good proper mop! I don't think the steam mop shifts lots of grime!

The Go cutter sounds lke lots of fun, the mop sounds great but I think I would want someone else to operate it for me! LOL! Looking forward to seeing your tumbler quilt.

Oh I think the cutter too, but I have heard that those steam mops are pretty good for the tiled floors.

I love my steam mop for the bathroom floors - but not as much as I love my Go Baby! Circles are the best shape to cut with it.
